Laura is a qualified trainer, facilitator and coach with ten years experience working with a diverse range of people at various levels of seniority. JOHNNIE MOORE - Agent of Change | Coach
After graduating from Oxford in Philosophy and Politics, Johnnie first worked as political researcher to Lord Sainsbury and then went into advertising and marketing – first as a copywriter and then as a researcher/strategist.
Over time he became more interested in human beings and how they work together than in the branding and logos they produced. He trained in a variety of approaches to human relationships, including gestalt psychotherapy and improv theatre.
For the past 15 years he has worked as a facilitator in the UK and around the world, from Singapore to the Solomon Islands.

Anna began working with people in the corporate world in 2005 bringing all the experience of her previous profession as an actor to help people communicate with confidence and authenticity.
A leader in her own right, she created and facilitates a thriving women’s group, inspiring entrepreneurial women in terms of creativity, health and business. She's also been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10 years.
Keen insight, intuition and kindness are at the heart of her coaching style. She has a a broad toolkit of disciplines - performance, psychology, philosophy, and resilience/stress management all of which she works with to design a pragmatic path of development for her clients, using a holistic approach to achieve strategic results.

Preeta Cooley - Agent of Change | Coach
Preeta is a professional coach who works with talented business people and their teams, helping them achieve significant results. As well as coaching expertise, she brings to the relationship 30 years of senior commercial business leadership, a psychological perspective, and passion for encouraging and supporting others.
Beginning her career in commercial management, Preeta has a breadth of senior operational and board-level experience, including having P&L responsibility for £24 million within a multi-million PLC at the age of thirty. She also spent over a decade as an entrepreneur, during which time she established and sold a successful business start-up in an industry where she had no prior experience.
Having transformed a channel to market for a client, revenue through the channel grew from £6 million to £30 million in the following three years. All of her initiatives and leadership roles gave her immense experience, not only of what it takes to keep a business vibrant and profitable, but also of understanding and nurturing people to be their best selves in support of the enterprise. In recent years, Preeta has oriented her career to business, executive and leadership coaching.

Corinna Powlesland - Agent of Change | Coach
A highly experienced Coach and Facilitator with a professional acting background. For the past 17 years Corinna has worked across most areas of Leadership Development and Communication, specialising in Influencing Skills, Social Intelligence, Difficult Conversations, Presentations and Public Speaking, Applied Improvisation and Personal Impact, working with individuals and groups across all sectors and levels of experience.

Hilary Coldicott - Agent of Change | Facilitator
With over twenty years experience in the world of consultancy, facilitation coaching and training in the areas of leadership and change management, Hilary is certainly a force to be reckoned with.
Before becoming a consultant, Hilary worked for British Airways for 10 years in the field of Training and Leadership Development. She was responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of training and leadership development programmes for senior managers in the business.
Hilary has worked with many blue-chip companies, including EE, William Hill, QinetiQ, Roche, and Covea Insurance, helping middle and senior managers and executive directors get the best from both themselves and their people.
Much of her work is focused at executive level. She helps people look at their vision, values and strategy and how to align those to achieve the most effective results and bring their brand to life.
Hilary has a BA Hons in European Studies, a Diploma in Management Studies, a Coaching Diploma and a Diploma in Sports Psychology. She is also a licensed practitioner of Bar-On Emotional Intelligence, EQ-I, MBTI and SDI and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
