Laura is a qualified trainer, facilitator and coach with ten years experience working with a diverse range of people at various levels of seniority. She designs and delivers thought provoking and inspiring programmes in many areas of organisational development, specialising in communication, impact and influence, authenticity and more recently stress management. 

She is intrigued by the way different people think and firmly believes that, as actions are driven by thoughts, when you pinpoint and address an individual’s thinking habits great changes can occur. She has no doubt that everyone is capable of far more than they anticipate. 

With a performance background she has a broad range of tools to call upon and an infectious energy when working with clients. With strong intuition she adapts to each individual’s needs and encourages focus on possibility, imagination and creativity.

After graduating from Oxford in Philosophy and Politics, Johnnie first worked as political researcher to Lord Sainsbury and then went into advertising and marketing – first as a copywriter and then as a researcher/strategist.

Over time he became more interested in human beings and how they work together than in the branding and logos they produced. He trained in a variety of approaches to human relationships, including gestalt psychotherapy and improv theatre.

For the past 15 years he has worked as a facilitator in the UK and around the world, from Singapore to the Solomon Islands.
